The staff were nice overall. Entering, the lobby was clean. The room was clean, but dated. The breakfast was nice and hot. The evening reception wasn't noisy or crowded. This may be due to the time of year or people staying for long periods not interested to socializing. Overall good stop.

Would not stay here again. I made a reservation on a Friday and had a guest who’d arrive before me. I called and asked if my guest could be let into the room before I got there. The guy at the front desk said it was ok and I wouldn’t need a credit card. I confirmed with him 100% and even offered to come by before my guest got there to give him a card. Apparently they don’t allow this because when my guest got there, they wouldn’t let her in. When I tried to call my guest, she put her phone up to him to talk to me and completely walked away and ignored her. Horrible service. Guy was so rude. Will never be back

We have stayed at this hotel a few times while visiting family. It’s a great location to shopping and restaurants. We always get a 2 bedroom suite. The space is perfect for our family. Furniture in living room area could use an update.
